1. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after payment (working hours: 10:00-18:00, delayed on holidays).

- US Mainland Orders: Default shipping via YunExpress/China Post Special Line, delivery takes about 7-15 business days;
- Remote Areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii): Delivery may be extended to 15-20 business days.
- Track Order: A tracking number will be sent to your order email automatically after shipment. You can track the logistics in real-time via the email or the "Order Inquiry" section on our official website.

3. Customs & Duties
- Import duties, VAT, and other relevant fees may apply to orders shipped to the US. These fees are borne by the buyer in accordance with US Customs regulations.
- If a package is returned or detained due to customs issues, we are not liable for relevant losses. Re-shipping (if required) will be at the buyer's expense.
4. Logistics Exception Handling
- Lost/Damaged Package: Contact our customer service (sanjun022025@outlook.com) within 7 business days of delivery. Provide the order number and package photos. We will assist in filing a claim with the logistics carrier, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund after verification.
- Long Logistics Delay: If the logistics status remains unchanged for more than 5 business days, please contact us promptly for status check and resolution.
- Rejected Package: If a package is rejected by the buyer, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. The product will be returned to our warehouse in China, and the return fee will be paid by the buyer. Refunds will be processed after the product is inspected and returned (shipping fees deducted).
5. Additional Notes
- We will notify you in a timely manner but are not responsible for compensation for logistics delays caused by force majeure (e.g., pandemic, customs inspection, bad weather).
- Minor packaging wear due to long-distance transportation is normal and does not affect product quality. If the packaging is severely damaged and affects the use of the product, please follow the above exception handling process.
