Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for US orders. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

We only accept returns for manufacturing defects (fabric flaws, workmanship issues). Return Process
- Request Authorization: Please contact our customer service at sanjun022025@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery, provide your order number and photos/videos of the item issue, to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Ship Back: After receiving the RMA, please ship the item back to our designated return address in China (provided by customer service) within 7 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
